As a social impact leader, partnerships, and sales leader. Christen serves as Director of Global Strategic Partnerships at Special Olympics International, Christen leads business development, account management, and large-scale activations for an iconic slate of corporate partners. With prior leadership roles across the non-profit and corporate spectrum - including Delta Air Lines and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Christen has spearheaded landmark sales and social impact partnerships and initiatives with Goldman Sachs, GLAAD, Netflix, United Airlines, Loreal, Conair, Bristol Myers Squibb, TikTok and NASDAQ, amongst others.
Christen is also a Tony Award®-winning Broadway producer and investor - her credits include the Tony-nominated revival of August Wilson’s The Piano Lesson (starring Samuel L. Jackson, John David Washington, and Danielle Brooks), the Tony-winning New York, New York, the history-making How To Dance In Ohio, and the Tony Award®-winner for Best Revival of a Play, Appropriate (starring Sarah Paulson - Tony Award®-winner for Best Actress in a Play; Corey Stoll, - Tony Award®-nominee for Best Supporting Actor in a Play; Michael Esper, Natalie Gold, and Ella Beaty). Next Spring, Christen will co-produce the Broadway-bound revival of Othello, starring Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal. Christen has also been awarded top honors from the Drama League, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Awards.
As an artist, Christen is a classically trained vocalist, having performed across the US and abroad - including appearances at Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, and Lincoln Center.
Christen serves as a Board Member for NYC’s Signature Theatre, and has received honors from the U.S. Army, Howard University, American Cancer Society, and her alma mater, Seton Hall University. She has been featured in ESSENCE Magazine and The New York Times, and appeared on FOX, CBS, and Paramount Networks.
